Note :
Coffee Wine is a kind of Liberica coffee grown in the Sukma Elang plateu Jember. Planted from a height of 500 m above sea level.
Coffee Wine is not a coffee mixed with wine but the selected coffee beans are quoted without shelled and then fermented in a long time.
The coffee seeds are oval shaped with a light brown color after this wine its hard to forget because it has a strong taste . It feels longer left on the longue. The strength of this coffee flavor lies in the dominant sour taste , there id little sweetnes and bitternes.
From the aroma alone has made us think, let alone taste it ?
