“Robusta Jember” refers to one of the popular Robusta coffee varieties originating from the Jember region in East Java, Indonesia. Jember is one of the largest coffee-producing areas in Indonesia, and Robusta Jember coffee is well-known for its distinctive flavor and good quality.

Origin: Robusta Jember is grown in the Jember region and its surroundings in East Java, Indonesia. The coffee plants thrive at altitudes ranging from 600 to 1,000 meters above sea level, in a tropical climate suitable for coffee cultivation.
Variety and Taste: Robusta Jember is a variety of Robusta coffee (Coffea canephora), known for its stronger and more resilient coffee beans compared to Arabica coffee (Coffea arabica). The taste of Robusta Jember coffee is generally stronger and more bitter than Arabica coffee, with unique characteristics favored by some coffee enthusiasts.
Processing Method: After harvesting, the Robusta Jember coffee beans undergo various processing methods such as depulping, fermentation, drying, and sorting. Proper processing techniques can significantly impact the final quality of the coffee beans.
Liberika coffee is a lesser-known coffee species that is distinct from the more widely recognized Arabica and Robusta coffee varieties. Liberika coffee plants are believed to be hybrids of Arabica and Liberica coffee species. It is known for its unique flavor profile and ability to thrive in specific climates and soil conditions.
